Will speeds slow down during peak hours?

Your experience during peak hours depends on your local network, international routing and the destination website—not just the region name. VPNRN offers IEPL dedicated routes, relayed routes and direct connections across 100+ countries / 150+ routes. Try the pages you use at your usual times, then compare different routes within the same region. Check page loading, file transfers and video playback separately. If things slow down, check your local connection first, then try another route in the same region. Keep a route that works for everyday use instead of drawing conclusions from a single speed test.

RN Relay / Regional routes

Global routes, chosen by destination

First check the region requirements of the service you want to use, then compare route types. Japan, Singapore, the United States, Hong Kong and Germany are examples shown below; see your user panel for the full, current route list.

The region determines your exit; the route affects your experience

Route names tell you two things: the region shows where your connection exits, while IEPL dedicated, relayed and direct describe the route type. Don't choose based on proximity alone. If a service requires a particular region, prioritize that requirement. For browsing and file work, start with a region you use regularly and compare page response and sustained transfer performance. Routes can differ within the same region, so compare them on the same device under similar conditions.

Test your connection with real tasks

After connecting for the first time, check your exit region and open the pages you actually plan to use. For AI tools, test whether a conversation completes; for streaming, check whether the title plays; for file access, see whether transfers continue. A connected status in the app doesn't mean every service is ready to use. If something goes wrong, note the region, route type and page message, then troubleshoot each factor. This is more useful than repeatedly switching between countries.

RN Relay / Apps

Popular platforms, one place to get started

Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get the client and subscription from your user panel; sign in to access your subscription. No email address is required to create an account—just a username and password.

Get the app, then import your subscription

Sign in to your user panel and open the client downloads section. Choose the download for your device's operating system. Clients for non-iOS devices are available after signing in; access to the iOS download is subject to an active plan, so follow the prompt in your panel. Once installed, return to the panel to get your subscription, then follow the setup instructions for your platform. After importing, you should see a route list. If it hasn't updated, check your account and subscription status first, then make sure the client can access the network. Avoid creating duplicate configurations.

After connecting, check split tunneling and your exit region

Once you've selected a route and connected, use this site's IP check page to confirm your exit, then visit a familiar website. Interface details and network permission prompts vary by operating system, so follow the client's instructions. Multiple devices can connect at once, but verify the connection and split-tunneling rules on each device. After updating your subscription, make sure your usual routes still appear in the list. For the full installation, import and verification process, continue to the quick-start guide.

RN Relay / Choosing a plan

Monthly plans and data packs

Choose a monthly plan based on your ongoing data needs. Data packs are used until depleted and never expire. Consider how often you use the service before comparing data allowances; you don't need a larger plan just because you use more devices.

60GB plan

60GB monthly plan

¥9.9 / month

A good fit for web browsing, research and text-based AI tools. Actual data use varies with what you do.

250GB plan

250GB monthly plan

¥18 / month

For a mix of work files, everyday browsing and video. Check your account's actual data usage to help choose.

500GB plan

500GB monthly plan

¥28 / month

For heavier use involving video, files and multiple devices. More data doesn't mean more access to destination websites.

Data packs: use until depleted, never expire

¥158 / 300GB · ¥358 / 1000GB · ¥658 / 3000GB

If your usage schedule varies, compare data packs with monthly plans. Data packs are based on your remaining balance, while monthly plans are based on monthly usage. They suit different usage patterns, so the listed price alone won't tell you which is the better fit.

Monthly data resets and mid-cycle upgrades

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not at the start of the calendar month. Check your balance and reset date in the panel before scheduling file transfers or video sessions. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days; review the amount shown in your panel before proceeding. If your usage is occasional or concentrated, compare the data pack's use-until-depleted terms too, rather than looking at data allowance alone.

Payments and refunds

Payments are supported via Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. After choosing a method, check the plan, amount and order status. Once payment is complete, return to your user panel to confirm the plan is active, then get your subscription and test the services you use. VPNRN offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund; see the Terms of Service for details. For order or refund questions, sign in to your panel and open a support ticket. Include the relevant order details and your request, but don't share account or subscription information on public pages.

Client guides and route selection

Find guidance for everything from installing a client to checking connection stability. Setup guides walk you through the steps; route articles explain what to look for. If a service displays a message, first distinguish connection issues from account rules, then choose the relevant guide.

Get the basics working before fine-tuning

When you're getting started, follow the quick-start process from beginning to end: open your user panel, check your plan status, get the client and subscription, choose a route and test the pages you need. Once connected, adjust settings such as split tunneling or launch on startup. This makes it easier to tell whether a problem comes from installation, importing, the connection or the destination website, without changing everything at once.

Troubleshoot with specific details

If the client shows connected but pages still behave unexpectedly, note your operating system, route region, destination service and any error message, then look for the relevant topic in the help center. When opening a support ticket, describe the checks you've tried and what changed when you switched routes. Before sharing screenshots, hide your password and full subscription details. A clear account of what you did is more useful than simply saying “it doesn't work” and can help avoid repeating the same tests.
